This policy explains what information Provexas collects and how it is used.
Information we collect
Account information such as email address, name, and authentication identifiers. Practice data such as sessions, trades, journals, strategies, and coaching artifacts you create. Billing metadata from Stripe (customer and subscription identifiers) — Provexas does not store full payment card numbers. Technical logs such as IP address, device/browser type, and error diagnostics needed to operate the service.
How we use information
We use your information to operate Provexas, authenticate access, provide replay and journaling features, process subscriptions, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and communicate service updates. Optional AI Mentor/Coach features may send session-derived summaries to AI providers solely to generate educational feedback.
Processors
We use infrastructure and service providers including Supabase (database/auth), Stripe (payments), market-data providers for historical bars, and optionally OpenAI or similar providers for AI features when enabled. These processors receive only what is needed to perform their function.
Data access and retention
You can access or update profile information in Settings. You may request export or deletion of account data by contacting support. We retain account and session data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.
Security
We use authenticated sessions, encrypted transport (HTTPS), and database row-level security so users can only access their own practice data under normal operation. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
Your choices
You can cancel a paid subscription through the billing portal. You can stop using Provexas at any time. Where required by law, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data.
