What Provexas is

Provexas provides historical market replay, simulated trade execution, journaling, and performance tools for educational and practice purposes. Provexas is a trading replay, simulation, journaling, and performance platform for futures, stocks, forex, and options traders. Crypto support is coming soon.

Provexas is not a broker, exchange, custodian, investment adviser, or money transmitter. It does not execute live trades, hold customer funds, or provide personalized investment advice.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share access credentials.

Subscriptions and billing

Provexas offers a free Starter plan and paid Provexas Pro plans billed monthly ($14.99) or annually ($119/year). Paid plans renew automatically until canceled through the billing portal. Fees already charged for a billing period are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You may use Provexas for personal practice and education. You may not abuse APIs, attempt to bypass plan limits, scrape market data for redistribution, interfere with other users, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

Data and simulations

Market data is provided through third-party providers and may contain delays, gaps, or errors. Simulated results do not guarantee future trading performance. You remain solely responsible for any live trading decisions you make outside Provexas.

Intellectual property

Provexas software, branding, and site content are owned by Provexas or its licensors. You retain ownership of your journal notes and session annotations.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Provexas is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
